From time to time customers find themselves with a less than satisfactory outcome to their claim by their insurer. It is at this point our specialist complaints resolution team will be instructed to provide a full and independent report on the issues raised and to ensure the customer is provided with the best possible care and service to bring the claim to a close. Such issues could be around a disagreement on the schedule of works the insurer agrees through to poor workmanship of any repairs carried out. 

We have dedicated contractors who are able to provide a solution and to carry out correct repairs in a timely manner. Our expertise spans internal works through to subsidence, tanking, surfacing and more general perils such as storm, escape of water and accidental damage.
